Pandji worked as a waiter, dishwasher, and runner at Pizza Hut and Din Tai Fung before joining GASI nearly 20 years ago as a Payroll Specialist Trainee. Rising to Senior Manager of Operations overseeing 50+ clients, he now leads as the Lead Designer for the GASI Payroll System (GPS), bringing his hands-on experience to life in our core application.

Starting in client support fresh from vocational school, Siti quickly rose through the ranks at GASI. Today, as HC Manager, she leads GASI’s people strategy with heart and vision, embodying our commitment to nurturing and empowering local talent.

Joining GASI nearly 10 years ago as an Office Boy, Mifta started with no formal education beyond junior high school. Through hard work and GASI’s support, he has become the BPJS subject matter expert in Operation Support, showcasing GASI’s dedication to empowering individuals from all levels.
